A new wave of homeowners has rolled into the world’s longest freshwater beach and we’re part of the reason. What happened? We let them know what a wonderful place Wasaga is. Radio, signage, digital advertising, brochures and sales centres. We got the wave started at Georgian Sands, a master-planned community with parks and retail. It reached new heights at Sterling Estates, a community of modernist-inspired homes near Wasaga’s largest shopping area and the new twinpad arena-library.
